T\u00edmto bych r\u00e1d nazna\u010dil, \u017ee pokud se n\u011bkdo rozhodne pro v\u00fdstavbu rodinn\u00e9ho domu, m\u011bl by v\u011bnovat mnoho \u010dasu pe\u010dliv\u00e9mu v\u00fdb\u011bru vhodn\u00e9 lokality pro stavebn\u00ed pozemek. Ka\u017ed\u00fd pozemek bych si prohl\u00e9dl osobn\u011b a zaj\u00edmal se nejen o technick\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, jako jsou in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b a mo\u017enost m\u00edt na pozemku vlastn\u00ed studnu, ale zejm\u00e9na o okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavbu, hustotu zalidn\u011bn\u00ed dan\u00e9 oblasti a tak\u00e9 o mo\u017enosti k v\u00fdlet\u016fm do bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho okol\u00ed. Abyste zkr\u00e1tka nemuseli cestovat za kr\u00e1snou p\u0159\u00edrodou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 daleko.Velikost pozemku a jeho poloha. I tyto ukazatele bych sledoval.
